Charles Yaple

Charles “Pat” Yaple, passed away on  Monday, March 18, 2013 in Evanston, Wyoming at the age of 64.  Pat was born on June 3, 1948 in Ashland, Kansas to Charles I. Yaple and Lois Mae Jones.

Pat served his country in the Viet Nam war from August 1966 through May 1968.  He enjoyed golfing, bowling, traveling, being with friends, but above all he loved spending time with his family.

Pat is survived by his loving wife, Jan; his daughter Tera Velarde and her children, Jolene, Garrett, & Harrison, all of Lawton, Oklahoma; a stepdaughter Kathy (Ken) Jorensen and their child, Chase, of Aurora, Colorado; a stepson Rob (Michelle) Roth and their children, Andrew, Courtney, Michael, & Samantha of Garden City, Kansas; a stepson James Roth and his child Brittany also of Garden City, Kansas; 3 sisters Rene (Clark) Gates of Paragonah, Utah; Robin (Dennis) Speer of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Marilynn German of Garden City, Kansas, and many nieces and nephews.

As were his wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home of Evanston, Wyoming.
