Charles Hermansen

Charles Marc Hermansen passed away on August 24, 2020 at the age of 55, leaving behind his wife and four children. He was a strong and faithful disciple of Christ and truly endured to the end. We are thankful for the time we had with him and for his endless love. He selflessly fulfilled the role of protector, father, husband, son, and comforter. Many will love and remember him for his listening ear as a neighbor, friend, and Bishop. He was a great salesman, and those he worked with will remember him always. He loved his family,

backpacking, fishing, and experimenting with his smoker. We will always remember him as a faithful, caring, and hardworking example. Some of his oft-spoken words of counsel were “be in the right place at the right time, and God will guide and bless you.” He trusted in the Lord to take care of him and his family, and we know that his faith and love will continue to help and support us. We will miss him very much, but know that we will be reunited with him in the hereafter.

We will be holding an outside viewing on Sunday evening, August 30, 2020 at 5:30 pm at Francis Church, 387 W Frontier Ln, Francis, UT 84036. Please wear a mask and stay six feet apart. The family also requests that you refrain from hugging and other physical contact.

The funeral will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, August 31, 2020, at the Francis Church on 387 W Frontier Ln, Francis, UT 84036. This will be by invitation (and please wear a mask) or via zoom. The zoom link will be coming, so watch for it.

The graveside service will follow, to be held at the Francis cemetery and is open to everyone, as long as we maintain social distancing and wear a mask.
