Chad Glen Lance was a great friend, a loving father, and a man with a heart of gold. He was always there for people, no matter what he had or didn't have to give. He found a way to make you smile even on the hardest days. If you needed guidance, Chad would tell you stories that held meaning, hoping to help you through whatever you were facing. His voice was something special-you could listen to him for hours and not even realize how much time had passed.

Chad spent many years as an independent contractor, helping to build and rebuild for others, not just with his hands, but with his heart. He made homes stronger, and people's lives a little brighter. He gave more than just work-he gave care, dedication, and kindness.

Chad will always walk with us in his own way. His spirit, his stories, and his love will never leave us.
