Arthur "Lynn" Beaslin, Jr. of Evanston, Wyoming died Friday, November 25, 2016, in Salt Lake City, Utah after an accident that occurred Nov. 22. He was 65 years old.
Arthur "Lynn" Beaslin was born May 13, 1951, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Francis Darlene and Arthur Lynn Beaslin Sr. He married Bernadette Horton on Aug. 3, 1996.
He grew up in Salt Lake, attended schools there and graduated in 1969. After high school, he worked at various jobs. He owned and operated HMH diesel repair service in Evanston for 30 years. He enjoyed working, horses, hunting, watching movies and taking his daughters to horse events. His family said he was a man of few words.
He is survived by his wife, Bernadette, of Evanston; his children, Lynn (Yue) Beaslin of Ogden, Utah, Shaun Beaslin of Evanston, Holly and Breanna Beaslin of Evanston; stepchildren, Justin (Tiffani) Horton of Casper, Wyoming, Rose (Earl) Juhl of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Dave (Kim) Homer of Evanston, Don (Christine) Homer of Arkansas and Michael Homer of Evanston; mother Darlene Beaslin of Salt Lake City, Utah; brother Chris Beaslin of Ogden, Utah; sister Brenda Beaslin of Salt Lake City, Utah, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Arthur Lynn Beaslin Sr., and brother Mark Beaslin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lynn Beaslin Memorial Fund, Uinta Bank, 120 Yellow Creek Road, Evanston WY, 82930.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, at 10 a.m. at the Evanston Machine Shop, 1440 Main Street in Evanston.
