Arnold J Crystal

Arnold J Crystal passed away unexpectedly on March 6, 2025 at the age of 78. He was born in Coalville, Utah on July 9, 1946 to Herman and Reva Gines Crystal. He grew up in Kamas and, after graduating from South Summit High School, he stayed and settled in Kamas Valley. He married his high school sweetheart, Christine Bailey, with whom he had two children, Kirk (Jeanne) and Tanya. 

Arnold served in the Armed Forces and was stationed in Germany. He was a hard worker, a horseman and a team roper. With his family and friends, Arnold spent much of his spare time and weekends on his horse “Joe”, in the Uintas and at Jackpots.

Arnold is preceded in death by his wife Christine Bailey Crystal and his son, Kirk Crystal. He is survived by his daughter, Tanya Crystal; two granddaughters, Makenzie Crystal and Tayler Crystal; daughter-in-law, Jeanne Sweat Crystal; and a sister and a brother.

Interment will be under the direction of Crandall Mortuary at the Marion, Utah cemetery on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
